This intensive one-on-one coaching includes:
- A 90 minute health history and customized questionnaire used to tailor your individual food-based plan.
- 1 hour meeting either in person or phone/Skype if not in the Westchester area to go over the plan.
- Starting measurements and ultra sound body composition bi-monthly to track your body fat percentage, muscle mass, excess fat, healthy fat & more.
- Includes my Clean & Lean in 13 plan customized to fit your needs.
- Followed by my Shred-It customized plan.
- Supermarket tour where you shop
- Email support between appointments. (Guaranteed response within 48 hours.)
- Emails and blogs while on the program to educate and keep you motivated and focused.
- Weekly log sent to me to keep you accountable throughout the journey.
- Help navigating restaurants, events, vacations, etc.
- Personalized diet and meal plans specific to your needs.
- Motivational and emotional support throughout your journey.
- Guidance on what is causing your cravings and how to kick your food addictions.
- Kitchen detox makeover: (if you live in Westchester) I will overhaul your kitchen, scout out your local health food stores and options and give you in-person cooking classes using your newly healthified kitchen.
